i realize the medition with red wire in pin and black in GND

v10= 4,92V
v9= 4,38V

R12=1k6 ohms
R13=600 ohms but I realize the medition with the red wire in GND and black wire in 13 because the red in 13 and black in GND is infinite resistance
R1213= Infinite resistance

in the 6 I don't understand the question
the capacitors are 22pF and there aren't a short circuit beetwen one pin of capacitor and the other pin.

Pull Atmega32 out of its socket.

1. What is the resistance between pin 12 of the empty Atmega socket and ground?
2. What is the resistance between pin 13 of the empty Atmega socket and ground?
3. What is the resistance between pins 11 and 12 of Atmega on its own (when not in the socket)?
4. What is the resistance between pins 11 and 13 of Atmega on its own (when not in the socket)?

Now think logically.
How can it be that when you take Atmega out of the socket you get infinite resistance between those pins both on Atmega and on the scoket and yet you get 1k6 between pin 12 and ground and 600 Ohm between pin 13 and ground when Atmega is in the socket?

When the atmega is in the socket in 12-gnd there are 1k6 Ohms and 13-GND is infinite but I connect the wires of the multimeter opposite there are 600 Ohms but when the atmega is out there are infinite resistance in 13-gnd and 12-gnd.

I think the atmega is fried because this isn't logically

12-gnd when i connect the wires of the multimeter opposite is 589 Ohm with the amega in socket

Between pin 11 and 12 in the atmega out of socket there are 2k Ohm.
Between 11-13 infinite and 12-13 infinite again

When you checked resistances on Atmega out of the socket, did you measure them in both directions, for example red wire to pin 11 and black wire to pin 12 first and then black wire to pin 12 and red wire to pin 11?
If not, measure it again. This time in both directions. Then post your results:
1) red wire pin 11 - black wire pin 12?
2) black wire pin 11 - red wire pin 12?
3) red wire pin 11 - black wire pin 13?
4) black wire pin 11 - red wire pin 13?

1- 1981 Ohm
2- 593 Ohm
3- Infinite Resistance
4- 603 Ohm

You got Atmega32 from Synthex pre-programmed. How did you manage to break it? Did you have short circuits? Did you put Atmega into the socket incorrectly?

I don't know but the atmega was correctly (the IC dot in the board dot) and there aren't short circuits because i spent two hour this morning review the connections and board and i don't see nothing wrong. only the crystal with the oscilloscope this afternoon.

I will speak with Synthex for send me other programmed atmega and how cost the ship again.

You think the atmega is fried?? or what is you think about this problem?

If static electricity killed your Atmega, than a replacement Atmega will make your MegaDrum work.
On the other hand, if Atmega32 was killed because of error(s) in your PCB or any other mistakes and you haven't found them, you're risking breaking any other Atmega you'll try to use.
