problem to configure megadrum

hello I have a problem to configure megadrum manager fx
on the module there is the version 20171221 and on my PC 20180222, and there is the message sysex version time out in red
I try to update but I can not do it
I downloaded megadrum_20180408 zip on viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1075
when i go into firmware upgrades, mdmfx says "upgrade is in progress" and after "megadrum is not responding"
please help

You have to select MegaDrum MIDI In and Out ports first in Main->Options before MDM FX can talk to MegaDrum.

now i have a communication problem between mgdm fx and ez drummer
ez drummer does not hold megadrum

MegaDrum presents two MIDI ports over USB exactly for such situations. Configure MDM FX to use MegaDrum USB MIDI Port 1 and make sure ez drummer uses only MegaDrum USB MIDI Port 2. By default ez drummer tries to use all available MIDI ports.
