MegaDrum Manager FX - all settings reset on SaveAll cancel

Hi!

In MegaDrum Manager FX I wanted to save settings to a slot, but picked a wrong button and clicked "SaveAll". Since I didn't want to save settings on my computer, I clicked "cancel". Then my settings reset to default (don't know why - I think it's a bug). I didn't notice and saved it to a slot, overwriting my previous settings

Ok, I'll check. If the problem is indeed there I'll fix it.

Bug still present in 20171219 - I've lost my settings via missclick again

Sorry that I didn't address it sooner. I just published a new version where it is fixed now (along with LoadAll/cancel as well).
